ABOUT THE PROJECT
PADMA HAVELI -
ADAPTIVE REUSEABLE ARCHITECTURE
Padma haveli, a 300 years old residential haveli situated in the old city of Jaipur, which is being repurposed into a boutique hospitality project. The intent is to revive similar haveli's that are being demolished and converted into commercial buildings ignoring architectural and design language of the city.
ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
ARCHITECTURE INCORPORATED
Architecture Incorporated is one of the few practices that are working on revival of old havelis of Jaipur and beyond through adaptively reuse them as hospitality properties. Traditional design language, crafts integration and vernacular material palette & design practice is the core philosophy of the firm.
